Position Overview:
Provides support to clients by assisting with policies, claims, billing, and general insurance inquiries. Focus on maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring policyholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries regarding policies, claims, and billing
• Update client information and maintain accurate records
• Provide timely and professional service
• Support sales team with client communications
• Assist with renewals, endorsements, and transfers

Qualifications:

• Property & Casualty license
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
