Position Overview
John Garfinkel – State Farm Agency in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Bilingual (Polish/English) Licensed Insurance Sales Rep to join our team. This role focuses on helping individuals and families assess their life and health insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to protect their financial futures.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
• Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
• Develop ongoing networking relationships
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Compensation & Benefits
• $40,000 – $60,000 per year
• Compensation based on experience and performance

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty license (required)
• Life and Health license (required)
• Bilingual (Polish/English)
