Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Compensation: Base salary $46,800 – $52,000 + performance bonuses

Total earning potential: $65,000+ based on performance

Mat Herseth State Farm Agency is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Producer with an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license to generate new business and provide tailored auto and home insurance solutions. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, advising clients on coverage options, and growing a book of business within an established agency.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

• Consistently generating new auto and home insurance policies
• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales production goals
• Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Identifying client needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new auto and home insurance policies
• Follow up with leads, referrals, and marketing campaigns
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Educate clients on policy options and risk protection
• Meet or exceed monthly sales production goals
• Maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Active Arizona Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
• Prior insurance or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive sales mindset
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented sales environment

Compensation

• Base pay: $22.50 - $25.00 hourly (depending on experience)
• Performance bonuses
• Additional incentive opportunities for meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong earning potential for motivated producers

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, in-office position
• Monday – Friday schedule
• Located in Scottsdale, Arizona
• Work alongside an established and collaborative agency team
