More important than experience is coachability, finding the right person with the right mindset and skill set.

MISSION:

To hunt, become closed, must close, will close and protect. Paint pictures, tell stories, sell ideas to build relationships that last decades. To win so decisively that the customer never even thinks about going anywhere else.

This can be a skills entry-level sales role. This is not an entry-level championship mindset role. This is a seat at the table inside a Top 10 insurance agency. This is a seat at the Winner’s Table that inspires you to see what’s possible in this life. You’ll represent the brand, define excellence and set the standard for what it looks like to be a championship teammate.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Competitive by nature, coachable by choice.
  • Addicted to growth, allergic to excuses
  • Emotionally intelligent enough to sell anyone, honest enough to keep everyone.
  • Thrive under direct accountability. You rise to all challenges. You want your results tied to your name.
  • A closer who utilizes empathy as a weapon, refrains from emotional attachment.
  • Driven by impact, income, and legacy.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production & Pipeline Ownership

  • Generate and convert qualified leads through outbound/inbound prospecting, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Attack all marketing sources with the same sense of urgency. One team, one breath, one mind.
  • Design and execute your own growth strategy…create your machine.
  • Close policies across multiple lines with consultative precision and ethical dominance.
  • Maintain a pipeline so full of such quality your results inevitably defy marketing trends.

Relationship Building & Retention

  • Build client trust so strong they text you before they call their spouse.
  • Conduct in-depth protection reviews. Educate, advise, and elevate client experience. This is what WORLD CLASS looks like.
  • Partner with Team OPS to ensure your clients stay protected and loyal.
  • Operate with the mindset that every opportunity attached to someone with a heartbeat is a great opportunity. Every renewal is a re-sale.

Collaboration & Culture Contribution

  • Lead by example: effort, energy, execution.
  • Share best practices with the team.
  • Hoarding knowledge is for the weak.
  • Uphold agency standards and expectations: respect, discipline, and obsession for growth.
  • Engage with the CEO/CGOO to shape strategy and sharpen execution.

PERFORMANCE METRICS:

WHAT WINNING LOOKS LIKE:
You become the brand. You become belief. You become the solution. You become the pace. You become inevitable.

You bring in business others said was impossible. You help shape the next generation of producers by example, not by lecture. You’re the producer that makes the CEO/CGOO smile when your name hits the scoreboard.

WHY THIS SEAT MATTERS:
This team will forever be a sales organization. Sales is the money engine. The production team is the horsepower, octane and jet fuel needed to execute our WORLD CLASS vision.

As a producer here, you’re not just writing policies. You’re writing the agency’s story of dominance. You’re leading self to lead others to the belief there is no other producer and no other agency better aligned with no better carrier to protect their family, providing peace of mind on their worst of days.
