Dan Heiman – State Farm Agency is looking for a Spanish/English Bilingual Account Representative to help customers with their insurance needs, provide outstanding service, and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
This is a customer service and sales position for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and communicating confidently with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
Previous insurance experience is not required; candidates who are motivated to learn and can obtain the required North Carolina insurance license are encouraged to apply.
Position Highlights
- Full-time or part-time opportunities
- In-office position in Fayetteville, NC
- Hourly base pay plus commission
- Starting compensation based on experience
- Higher starting pay may be available for experienced insurance professionals
- Vacation and PTO available after 90 days

What You'll Do
- Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers with questions about their insurance policies
- Help customers with policy updates, account changes, and service requests
- Explain insurance options and help customers understand their coverage needs
- Prepare quotes and follow up with customers and prospective customers
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and coverage
- Build lasting customer relationships through helpful, professional communication
- Support the agency's sales and service goals while delivering a positive customer experience
What We're Looking For
Required
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in person
- Willingness and ability to obtain the required North Carolina insurance license
- Interest in both customer service and sales
Helpful
- Previous insurance agency or financial services experience
- Experience in customer service, account management, retail sales, or a similar customer-facing role
- Familiarity with Auto, Home, Renters, or other personal insurance products
- An active North Carolina Property & Casualty license
