Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Representative
Compensation: Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses
Earning Potential: $40,000–$60,000+ annually
We are seeking a licensed Remote Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role requires exceptional relationship building, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion. The best candidate understands the State Farm Agency model and has market area operations acumen.
Qualifications
• MUST have an active Property & Casualty insurance license
• Life & Health insurance license required or must be able to obtain
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented
• Prior State Farm experience preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $37,500 – $42,000 per year
• Average Monthly Commission: $1,000 – $1,500 (varies with performance)
