What We're Looking For
- Active 440 or 220 insurance license required before starting
- Insurance sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable talking with customers and prospective customers
- Motivated by sales goals and earning potential
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
- Spanish/English bilingual is a plus!
What You'll Do
- Connect with customers and prospective customers
- Identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Prepare quotes and explain insurance options
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers
- Generate new insurance business
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
