Title: Account Representative - State Farm Agent's Team Member

Location: This is an in-office position in Carrollton, TX.

Only candidates who are able to make the commute to our agency location in Carrollton, TX will be considered for this role.

Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 per year (base salary plus bonus)

Position Overview:

As an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will focus on developing new customer relationships and helping existing clients understand and expand their coverage. This role combines relationship building with performance-driven sales activity in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build lasting relationships with customers through trust and communication which leads to new business
• Provide information about insurance products and services
• Assist with policy applications, renewals, and adjustments
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and policy details
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Are you good with people?
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Experience in sales, insurance, or customer service is helpful
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required
• Previous experience in a State Farm agency is greatly preferred
• Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses (must have or be able to obtain)
