Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve district life insurance objectives and sales targets
- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of agency owners and employees
- Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Drive both recruiting and sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions
- Provide leadership and support to agency owners in achieving operational excellence
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure high levels of agency engagement
- Oversee management activities within the district
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including profit loss, and take appropriate actions to achieve targets

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in managing multiple locations or districts
- Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies
- Excellent supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies
- Solid sales background with a focus on achieving revenue targets
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence and drive change
- Proficient in project management principles and practices
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

- MUST be Life & Health Licensed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
