Position Overview
Looking for a job that provides meaningful work and competitive compensation? Consider a position in a State Farm Agent's office as a Bilingual (Spanish) Receptionist - Team Member. Insurance experience is not required, we will train the right person with the right skill set. Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
Performs administrative, office support activities and customer service. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required. Other activities could include:
  • File paperwork
  • Appointment Scheduling
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to customers and potential clients.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Mail billings.
  • Dispense brochures.
  • Update policyholder’s contact information such as phone number and email address
  • Print and fax proof of insurance or send proof of insurance to the customer.

Requirements:
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License (must be able to obtain - we will pay for licensing)
  • Must be dependable, and have a track record of providing excellent customer service to clients.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Must be able to work 8 hours a day without being on cell phone, unless for emergencies.
  • Must have a dependable vehicle to and from work.
  • Must have a clean criminal background/ Background check will be performed.
