David M. Chavez Insurance Agency, a thriving State Farm agency in Johnson County, KS, is actively seeking a full-time Account Representative to join our dedicated team. No prior insurance experience? No problem! We're committed to investing in the right person with the right attitude and a passion for learning.

This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to build relationships, grow a book of business, and be rewarded for their performance, with the support and training of an established State Farm agency.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Must have or be ready to obtain your Property & Casualty license (all expenses will be paid).
• Highly dependable and a quick study.
• Coachable, positive, and confident - someone who embraces new challenges and works well independently.
• A natural influencer - honest, smart, and persuasive, with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
• Driven and goal-oriented - you're excited to meet and exceed individual and team objectives.

What You'll Do:

• Be a friendly voice and helpful guide for our policyholders, answering questions about coverage, managing policy changes, and assisting with claims and billing.
• Proactively develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify client needs to offer the best State Farm products and services.
• Cultivate trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported through consistent follow-up.
• Must be willing to call current customers and offer other products and services.

• Competitive Base Pay: $25.00 per hour equivalent to 52K per year.
• Plus, monthly and annual bonuses, once licensed.
• Earn an extra 6K-18K or more per year based on sales.
• Most bonuses earned monthly, one bonus earned at year end.
• Some representative incomes exceed 70K annually.
