Now Hiring: Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C)

Cynthia Snyder Insurance Agency is seeking a licensed Property & Casualty professional to support our growing book of business. This role focuses on customer retention, policy servicing, and relationship management.

If you have prior insurance experience and enjoy helping clients understand and protect what matters most, this is a strong opportunity for long-term growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Service existing customer accounts including policy changes, renewals, and billing questions
  • Proactively reach out to clients regarding renewals and coverage reviews
  • Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate documentation in agency systems
  • Support retention and customer satisfaction goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active California Property & Casualty License (Required)
  • 1+ year of insurance customer service or account management experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple accounts
  • State Farm experience preferred but not required
