Our Farmers Insurance district in Corpus Christi, TX is looking for a driven sales professional to join as a Protégé Agent (future agency owner) or Associate Sales Producer. This is a high-growth role with uncapped income, training if needed, and a clear path to agency ownership.

You’ll: Generate new business, build and maintain client relationships, close sales, and manage a pipeline. Protégés will also learn agency operations and leadership.

We’re looking for: 2+ years of sales experience in insurance, real estate, mortgage/lending, financial services, or high-volume B2B/B2C sales. Competitive, self-driven, and entrepreneurial candidates thrive here.

Licensing: Preferred but not required — we can sponsor training for strong sales performers.
