Shilpa Rathi – State Farm Agency is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist / Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for customers and support daily front office operations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys office support and customer interaction, with the opportunity to grow into licensed insurance and customer service / sales roles over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, clients, and visitors at the front desk
• Answer multi-line phones and direct calls appropriately
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Perform general office and clerical duties (filing, data entry, document organization)
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with incoming and outgoing mail
• Provide excellent customer service
• Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
