Monica Baez - State Farm Agency, located in Corvallis, OR has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Bilingual (Spanish/English) Insurance Sales Professional. We are an award winning State Farm agency focused on fulfilling the needs of our customers and creating success for our team.

1. Must have prior experience and an active Auto and Fire insurance license.
2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Corvallis, OR. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

Requirements:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English required
  • Prior sales experience in Auto & Fire Insurance required
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Auto & Fire Insurance license required
  • Life & Health license preferred
