Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
  • Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions
  • Assist clients with product or service information, billing questions, and account management
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or promote additional services when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry and CRM systems
  • Handle transactions accurately when necessary
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues efficiently
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting purposes
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements for service quality

Experience

  • Previous call center experience or customer support role preferred but not required
  • Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish) are required to serve diverse client needs
  • Familiarity with data entry, client services, and basic analysis skills is advantageous
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general software navigation
  • Experience with outbound calling and cash handling is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Property and Casualty Insurance license (must be able to obtain)
