We’re looking for a Licensed Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about creating a great customer experience.


??Requirements to Be Considered

  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
  • Ability to commute to our office in Cypress, TX

??? What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including proactive follow-up
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Assist customers with insurance questions including coverages, eligibility, policy changes, billing, and claims
  • Educate customers on insurance options using a needs-based approach
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success
