We are looking for a Customer Service Producer. This opportunity is for true sales, customer-oriented individuals.


Duties may include, but not limited to:

  • Develop and cultivate in market relationships
  • Cross-selling existing customers with other company products
  • Generate new business, leads and referrals
  • Understand company culture and philosophy
  • Sense of urgency when accomplishing goals
  • Ensure company services standards are met at all times
  • Excellent internal and external customer orientation
  • Foster business development and agency growth within the community
  • Overcoming Objections & Sales Obstacles
  • Excellent customer service & relationship building
  • Offer Life Policies in partnership with licensed agents
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales


Job Requirements

  • Property Casualty Agents License (required)
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently


Benefits:

  • Base Salary $50,000 - $65,000 based on experience plus Commission
  • Major Holidays Observed/Paid
  • PTO/Vacation (two weeks)
  • 401(k) Retirement with 3% match and profit share


Qualified candidates will possess:

  • Prior Property & Casualty experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume phone call environment
  • Outstanding customer service and people skills
  • Organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • PC skills; experience with Windows-based computer applications a plus
