Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Build, manage, and grow your Farmers Insurance agency
• Market and sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance products
• Provide personalized, consultative insurance solutions
• Recruit, train, and lead your own team
• Oversee day-to-day operations of your agency

Qualifications:

• Insurance license or sales experience helpful (not required)
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Enjoys networking and connecting with the local community
