Mark Adkins – State Farm Agency is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Account Manager to join our team. No insurance experience? No problem—we provide training for the right person with the right attitude and drive.

?? What You’ll Do

• Build relationships by connecting with new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right insurance solutions
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and drive new business
• Provide exceptional service by assisting with policy questions, changes, billing, and claims
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

• Base salary + uncapped commission/bonus potential

? What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) — required
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)

• Ability to multitask and build rapport with customers
• Sales experience is a plus (but not required)
• Insurance licenses (P&C, Life & Health) preferred—or willingness to obtain
