• Build relationships and convert leads into customers
• Identify needs and recommend auto, home, and life insurance solutions
• Manage an existing book of business and cross-sell/up-sell coverage
• Provide fast, friendly support on policies, billing, and claims
• Follow up consistently to close opportunities and retain clients
