As an Account Representative, you’ll support customers with everyday insurance needs and play a key role in helping the agency reach its goals. This position is perfect for someone who wants a long-term career path in the insurance industry. Must have a Property and Casualty insurance license; State Farm experience is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide friendly, professional service to customers by phone, email, and in-office
• Process policy changes, billing questions, and general service requests
• Assist customers through claims with clarity and care
• Identify customer needs and recommend additional coverage options
• Support agency sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, and proactive outreach
• Maintain accurate records and follow State Farm procedures
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, team-focused office environment

COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES:

• Base Salary plus Commission/Bonus

QUALIFICATIONS

• Required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty; Life & Health a plus)
• State Farm experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
• Customer service experience helpful but not required

Compensación: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
