Licensed Insurance Professional – Growth Opportunity with Farmers Insurance
Full-Time | Base + Commission | Advancement Potential

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, develop, and close new insurance business
  • Build and maintain a growing client portfolio
  • Recommend personal, commercial, and financial insurance solutions
  • Cross-sell and up-sell products based on client needs
  • Maintain strong client relationships with regular follow-up
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and market trends

Qualifications:

  • Active Property & Casualty license (Life & Health a plus)
  • Previous success in insurance sales or a related field
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business instincts
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to be coached and to lead by example
