Position Details

• Full-time or part-time available

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with customers and help support their insurance needs while providing the responsive, personal service our agency is known for.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting customers with their insurance needs
  
• Handling policy and account service requests
  
• Answering customer questions and providing knowledgeable guidance
  
• Following up with customers and prospects
  
• Assisting with quotes, coverage changes, and policy servicing
  
• Building strong, long-term customer relationships
  
• Identifying opportunities to help customers with additional insurance needs
  
• Providing professional, responsive service throughout the customer experience

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Active North Carolina Property & Casualty insurance license
  
• Recent experience in an insurance service or sales role
  
• Strong customer service and communication skills
  
• Professional, dependable approach to working with customers
  

Preferred:

• Previous State Farm experience
  
• Experience in both insurance service and sales
  
• Bilingual Spanish/English
  
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance

Dan Heiman – State Farm Agency is looking for a dependable, professional Part-Time Administrative & Receptionist to join our team in our Fayetteville office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service, administrative, or office experience who enjoys working with people.

Position Details

• Part-time, in-office position – this is not a remote position
  
• Monday–Friday
  
• Approximately 12:00 PM–5:00 PM or 1:00 PM–5:00 PM
  
• Starting pay: $16/hour+, depending on experience
  
• Potential opportunity to transition to full-time in the future
  
• Vacation and PTO available after 90 days

What You'll Do

You will be an important part of the day-to-day customer experience in our State Farm office. Responsibilities may include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in person and by phone
• Providing friendly, professional customer service
• Handling payments, billing questions, and customer information
• Maintaining accurate customer records
• Assisting with administrative and office tasks
• Supporting the insurance team with customer follow-up and other daily activities
• Helping create a positive, welcoming experience for our customers

What We're Looking For

We are seeking someone who has prior customer service, sales, or office experience in a professional business environment.

Relevant experience may include:

• Customer service
• Taking payments or handling billing
• Maintaining customer records
• Direct sales or marketing
• Office administration
• Customer-facing business positions
• An insurance license is not required to start, but the ideal candidate should be willing to obtain a license in the future and interested in learning more about the insurance industry.
