Allen Pitts – State Farm in Dallas is hiring a licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our in-office team right away. If you like building relationships, enjoy helping people protect what matters, and want income that grows with your effort, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do

• Generate and follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and find the right coverage for each customer
• Build lasting customer relationships through value-based conversations
• Answer questions on coverage, eligibility, policy changes, billing, and claims with prompt, friendly service

What you need

• Active Texas Property & Casualty license (required)
• Ability to work in person at our Dallas office
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (inside/outside sales, retail, call center)
• A track record of hitting goals or quotas is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
